Stephen is an award winning public relations consultant, professional speaker and author.

His career began as a journalist with the West Australian newspaper before moving to international affairs and industrial relations. In 1980 he established a public relations consultancy.

Since then Stephen has worked on a wide variety of campaigns. He has also lectured in Public Relations at RMIT University and ‘crisis communication’ at the National Management Education Centre.

Stephen’s first book, You Can Communicate, was published by Pearson Education in 2002. He has contributed to many newspapers and magazines, including The Age and the British Medical Journal.

Stephen is a member of the Victorian Committee of the Australia India Business Council and is a correspondent for India's biggest business website, www.domain-b.com where he writes on leadership and communication (go to "People" and then "Writers" to access his commentary).
