The Company
Since being established in 1980 by Stephen Manallack, Manallack Pty Ltd has taken many forms and delivered many services including advertising, graphic design and internal communications.
But the one constant has always been Public Relations; we like PR, we’re good at it, and while experience in other disciplines is valuable PR remains the core business.
Over the journey, clients have engaged Manallack Pty Ltd for profile building, financial public relations, business/product launches, IPOs, re-branding, mergers and acquisitions, crisis management and to generally get their communications house in order.
Clients have come from many industries:
- finance including retail and institutional funds managers, investor services, superannuation, credit unions and stockbroking;
- property;
- government;
- education;
- publishing;
- NGOs;
- charity;
- manufacturing;
- clean technology;
- professional services.
Our skills have proven to be transferable across these industries because most organisations face similar challenges: what are our goals; who are we trying to reach; what are we going to say to them and how are we going to do it?
Regardless of the new media phenomenon these communications fundamentals still form the basis of good public relations.
By using proven PR strategies Manallack Pty Ltd has a track record of clients punching above their weight in terms of profile, with the desired impact on specific campaigns such as re-branding, mergers and acquisitions, company listings and so on.
The Richard Bransons of this world understand PR's role in building a business and a brand: Virgin developed its profile via PR during its early years, and then supported ongoing PR with clever advertising.
Public relations has been integral in the growth trajectory of many other successful organisations and offers considerable bang for buck compared with the expense of major advertising campaigns, but it requires practitioners with the understanding, experience and persistence to see it through. That’s where Manallack Pty Ltd comes in.
